Step 1：Raw Material Preparation

Step 3：Whole Device Assembly
The assembly of the whole machine is mainly to assemble the modules into one to complete the whole machine. The structure of the whole machine is scientifically designed to effectively avoid the risks of electromagnetic influence and short circuit between modules.
The complete wiring operation requirements of module indirect line must be strictly implemented by all production employees.
Step 4：Burn-in & QC Check
After assembly, we will carry out burn-in operation. This is a necessary production step to improve the adaptability between modules to ensure the operation stability of the equipment after leaving the factory.
QC inspection is a technical step to find problems before leaving the factory. It will comprehensively check the instrument from appearance to operation and energy. If there is a problem, it will be returned to solve. It is forbidden to leave the factory directly.
Step 5：Final Assembly & Packing
The instrument will eventually be cleaned and packaged. We use professional export air boxes, and the boxes have passed the initial raw material quality inspection and at least three destructive tests (simulating problems during transportation). And we will replace a package will not use it any more if it comes for problems in twice.
