This work is carried out by an independent QC working group.
Burn-in Upon Finished Product
The newly assembled modules and wiring need to increase the adaptability between modules through burn-in process. This is a very important step to ensure the operation stability of the equipment after leaving the factory. We usually do this process for 72 hours. Although the delivery time has been extended, you have little trouble with the instrument after leaving the factory, which can continue to increase the beneficial impact on your business.
Clinical Effect Test
The value of beauty instrument products lies in the real effect to customers. Therefore, effect guarantee is very important. For new technology products put into production, we will conduct clinical test for no less than 2 months.
In the process of mass production, we will conduct clinical testing on 30% of the finished products of the production line.
